Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced after testing and confirmed to be faulty. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs & shipping fees will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Any product returned unopened, unused and undamaged in line with the Distance Selling Directive are entitled to a refund minus the cost of the original P&P. All items must be returned to us within seven days of receipt of the item from us. Once you have informed us of your decision to return goods under the Distance selling Directive, you have 7 days to do so at your own expense. Goods supplied correctly as ordered which are returned, carry a 20% restocking fee. Goods MUST be unopened, unused and in resaleable condition
Any items returned as a failed delivery will carry another delivery charge, which must be paid in full before the item will be dispatched. After the item has been returned to us for a failed delivery we will request an additional fee for a second delivery, plus the cost of shipping the item back to us. If after a returned item you require a refund, it will be minus the original P&P cost plus the returned items cost. Any item that is advertised with free shipping will have the actual cost of the shipping deducted from any refund due.
Linux based satellite receivers
Due to the nature of these receivers, and the complexity of them, these will only be replaced or refunded due to hardware failure, after this has been confirmed by the equipment manufacturer to be the fault with any returned equipment.
Dispatch and delivery.
All delivery is dealt with by Royal Mail, Citylink, FedEx, DHL, Parcelforce, HDNL or UPS. The majority of deliveries require a signature on delivery, PLEASE check for any damages before signing. All goods will be booked for collection by a courier within 1 working day of placing an order, this does not mean that all orders are guaranteed to be with you the working day after ordering. For example, You may place an order on a monday, the booking for courier takes place on the tuesday (within 1 working day) the courier collects on wednesday and your item is delivered on thursday. The majority of our UK mainland orders are delivered within 48 hours.
Please ensure when you recieve your part(s) you carefully examine them, as no responsablity can be taken once the items are signed for and later found to be damaged in transit. We strongly suggest that if you are unable to examine the item(s) you sign for them as being "DAMAGED" signing for them as being "UNCHECKED" will not be sufficent.
Free delivery to mainland UK only option will activate upon a minimum order value. This option DOES NOT include delivery to scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of White, Scilly Isles, The Channel Islands or Northern Ireland. If you are unsure, please contact us prior to placing your order, as your order may be declined or extra charges incurred.
Returns will not be accepted without prior arrangement, all returns under warranty must be authorised and an RMA (Return merchandise authorisation) number issued. Returns without an RMA maybe not be accepted. Returns section is at the bottom of each page.
Custom work and consultation work, which includes, but is not limited to, flashing receivers with a chosen image, creating custom images, any form of work agreed and carried out under the consultation header, a receiver customised to specification and other work which is non standard or involves any form of programming or modifying hardware will NOT be refunded under any circumstances. Payments for this work is for services provided, and NOT physical goods supplied.
Under NO circumstances will any receiver be accepted as a return with unofficial third party software loaded. Watching subscription services without a valid subscription is ILLEGAL. Eurosky in no way supports piracy of satellite services in any form. By overwriting the receivers default software, you agree that you void ANY rights to return your receiver. Any receiver returned to us found to have illegal software / services will be returned.
